Prices shown on twirl.photos include VAT or applicable sales tax. VAT is charged at the rate of the customer's country, determined from evidence collected at checkout, and is declared through the Dutch tax authority under the EU One Stop Shop Union scheme where applicable. UK VAT is accounted for through a separate UK registration.

Complaints should first be sent to hello@twirl.photos. We acknowledge within five working days and aim to resolve within thirty days.

We are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. Consumers who wish to pursue a complaint outside the courts can find their national consumer dispute resolution body through the European Commission list at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

We are not obliged and are not currently willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, without prejudice to any statutory right you have to bring proceedings in your own courts.

The Twirl name, logo, software, design and site content are the property of Ciceroni VOF unless otherwise stated. Content uploaded to events by organizers and guests remains the property of its respective rights holders and is not licensed to Ciceroni VOF beyond what is necessary to operate the service, as set out in the Terms of Service.
